Easy Marinated Chicken

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or vinegar)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or minced garlic)
1 teaspoon paprika (or your favorite spice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken:
Place the chicken in a bowl or zip-top bag.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for more flavor).
Cook the Chicken:
For Pan-Seared:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
For Baking:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
For Grilling:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side.
Serve:
Slice or serve whole with your favorite sides like salad, rice, or veggies.
